About Me

Hello! My name is Andrea Bishop and I am the owner of A Perfect Pairing. I live in Ormond Beach with my amazing husband, two Boston terriers and two lovebirds. I knew I wanted to start a small business and I had a list of things I wanted my business to do. First I wanted a creative outlet for myself. I love planning and hosting parties. I love all the little details like coming up with color pallets, creating printed menus and getting to tie ribbons on pretty much anything and everything. Second I wanted something that I could share my love of being creative with others. Third I wanted whatever I decided to do to bring a smile and happiness to the lives of others. For me making grazing boards seemed like the perfect option. I have always loved grazing boards. Some people call them charcuterie boards but I call them grazing boards. Honestly because some people struggle to pronounce charcuterie so grazing board just makes it easier.

During the pandemic while trying to entertain myself at home like the rest of the world I developed an interest in champagne. It is absolutely fascinating to me what goes into making a great bottle of vintage champagne. In the process of learning about champagne I also learned about food pairings. It is really amazing when you eat the perfect food with the perfect wine and create a perfect pairing. When thinking of business names I wanted people to have a fantastic experience just like you get with a perfect pairing. It just seemed like the name A Perfect Pairing was perfect for me!

I live in Ormond Beach and my service area is all the surrounding areas in central and north Florida. I will deliver or you can pick up the boards or boxes. Unfortunately at this time I am not able to ship items.
